Tracy : “The Boss”
You could say that Tracy was born into the business. After trotting the globe to get a wide range of sales and life experiences she took over the company from her Dad in 2008. Her particular interest is original numbers and some would call her a purist (others might say geek).
Like her Dad she is tenacious at finding the right buyer to mix and match with the right seller at the right price for both. She is straight talking and honest and if you ask her to value a plate she will scour the market to give you a realistic price that will achieve a sale.
Similarly if you are looking for a number she will hunt down the best combinations for you. With her vast range of contacts she is able to find many plates that are not being advertised. If a number can be found, she will find it for you.
Tracy is justifiably proud of the reputation PNA has built up in the Trade and with our customers, many of whom have been dealing with us since the business began.
She wants buyers or sellers to know that this as the name suggests is a personal business with a personal touch and she will ensure that any transaction we do goes as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Richard : “The Fixer"
Richard is Tracy’s husband and joined PNA in 2020, although has been a family friend and known the business for over 40 years.
Richard has an engineering background and has an analytical mind which helps process the huge amount of data that we process. Hence is nickname - The Fixer!
He has a keen interest in classic cars & plates which allows him to advise buyers & sellers alike.
His customer service is outstanding and he always has time for everyone, no matter their query.
The Don : "The Don"
Don Nisbet established PNA in 1974 and was a founder member of the Cherished Numbers Dealer Association, established to protect buyers and sellers alike. Don was renowned in the industry for his ability to attract the highest profile buyers and
sellers, including captains of industry and foreign royalty. While he is sadly no longer with us he acts as an inspiration to us all at PNA.
