Most enquiries we receive will be for numbers which spell a name or initials or a reference to a business or profession. Some examples are LAW 7, COMIC, DV 1 etc. Generally the fewer the letters and the lower the number, the more valuable the plate will be. Hence A1 is likely to be one of the most valuable numbers of all and if it came on the market would probably command a price of £500,000 plus!
Many times the number combination sought does not exist or is not available for sale. At this point many dealers will simply say that they cannot help. Not so PNA. This is where our ‘Mix & Match’ service swings into action. Here’s how it works.
We have millions of numbers on our database which we have logged over the last 33 years. When we receive your enquiry, if your chosen combination does not exist or is not available for sale, we search our ‘Mix & Match’ programme which is designed to find numbers and combinations close to your choice. For example, we were recently asked for NB 1. It was not available for sale but within minutes we came up with N8 (NB) and our customer was delighted, considering it a better number than NB 1.
So, if you want, say XYZ 100 and it was not available we could offer you WXY 100 or 100 WXY and so on. In many cases our offer may be a more desirable number than you had first proposed.
